Holla, fellas! I know you haven't heard from me in quite a long while, that's because I've been busy with not-so important things. February was not really a breeze, more of like air from the gasoline station. You smell it for such a short period of time yet it lingers in your nostrils. Bottom line, that air that you smelled is in no way relevant to your life or your workload or your love life. Get my point? Okay, nah. I won't expound anymore since my mind is not in the mood to think anyway, I've been having numerous migraine attacks for a couple of days now and I don't know why.

Anyhoo, I sold my beloved dSLR. I won't be posting any hi-res photos from now until I buy myself a new one. I sold it with the thoughts that looking for an upgrade would be easy, apparently it's not. I'm a bit heavy on my finances for this month, my mom borrowed my camera money so I have to use my savings to buy a new one. Thing is, if I use my savings, I will still have money left for, say a week. And I don't want that. I think I'm gonna put off buying a new camera until the 3rd wk of March. It's just so heartbreaking that I went to Baguio to meet the boyf's parents and I didn't have a camera! :( All I had was my 2MP phone which won't be able to justify how fun my stay there was. (This would be for another blog full of text.)

I hope I won't be invited to anymore summer activities this month so I can focus on my camera funds. A co-worker texted me last weekend asking me if I want to go to Laiya and I declined because I don't have a camera and the money to fund that kind of leisure at this point. Oh money, money, money does make the world go round.

As someone who works in an indefinite shift or most popularly known as the shifting schedule, I seldom don't get to call my meals the way you call yours. My breakfast could be your dinner and my dinner could be your lunch. For me though, no matter what time of the day it is, my first meal is always breakfast, lunch then dinner. Dinner becomes breakfast again though if the sun is already up. Hahaha! You're probably confused but don't be because I won't be talking about my time difference with the rest of the population. Meh.

Anyhoo, what I wanted to share is the not-so-new discovery I had a couple of weeks ago. While I did know that KFC already has its breakfast lineup, what I didn't know is that it's not as pricey as their chicken meals and they're quite okay! One of my all-time favorite from KFC is their fully loaded meal which now has a variation. You can have the double down fully loaded, the regular one and they have another option that I forgot. My current eye candy though is their breakfast fully loaded. Tadaaaaaaaaaaa!

A month or so to go, i'll officially celebrate a year of assuming a different role with the company I'm currently with aka I've would have been promoted for a year in a few more days. Wow, that was a long and complicated sentence just like my life. It feels like I've been working for a long time (wow! it's only been 2 yrs) and everything is just not paying up. I won't deny that I've thought of transferring to a different company but wait a minute, venting here doesn't look very professional so let's stop at that.

Let's just talk about February. I remember seeing one of my friends in Facebook post something about people who are single who kept on whining whenever this time of the year comes. There are those who have been single for the most part of their lives too yet doesn't get tired of telling people how miserable their lives are without a special someone in this not-so-special month. I must agree that it's difficult not having a special someone on rough and difficult times, but dwelling on the fact that you haven't found that person yet on a February is just too much.

And of all months, why February? Is it because a most, if not all couples are out on a date? Or is it because we call it the so-called-"love month"? Regardless of the reason, you should not think about being forever alone nor pity yourself this time of the month just because you don't have a date or a someone to kiss and hug. You might say it's easy for me to say all these things because I'm currently in a relationship, but no. Yes it's difficult to be single at times but it's not all that. I've had my fair share of years with single hood and it wasn't that bad. I had awesome friends, we had awesome group dates and intellectual yet fun conversations. It's all about perspective! I won't even go out on the date with the boyf on February 14. I'll probably spend it with some friends at a buffet restaurant pigging out.
