Ola! How's the holiday treating you so far? I'm off work until Monday and all I've been doing is sleep, eat, blog and check online stores! I know, I know. It's not the time to spend because I don't have any money to spend! Plus, I'm moving out next week so I need the extra cash, y'know.

Nowadays, I satisfy myself by looking at photos and imagining myself wearing them or forcing these items to fit me through Photoshop. Lol. And yes, it has gotten to that extent. Hahaha It can feel pretty dehumanizing to be sharing that but I promised myself that I'd be wiser with my finances next year thus the frugal spending. I also plan to help my parents, we're having a new house built next yr yay! I also want to help send my sister to school, she's going to Medical School and it can get quite pricey so I really have to limit my spending!

I'll show you some of the things I've been lusting. In time, I just might have the budget for them!

I'm not fond of lipsticks. I bought my first lipstick a year ago and it was from Bench. I loved the color, it was dark and smelled a bit of chocolate and champagne. I rarely use it, though. I'd rather stick to my Nivea lip balm, it gives my lips the some sort of color anyway. Some of my friends keep telling me that I should start wearing one, at the same time put some tint aka make-up on my face. It was kind of awkward at first, but you know, I'm getting there. Hahaha But, it's still awkward.

Earlier this year, I won a package from Ms. Jenni Epperson, it included eyeshadow, lipstick and all sorts of fun colors you can put in your face. I'm not that adventurous when it comes to make-up so I just got one lipstick that I think I'll prolly use in the future and gave the rest of the stuff to my mom.

Taking care of my face is something I never got used to. Yes I do the occasional cleansing whenever I take a bath, but moisturizer was a total stranger. I started taking care of my face when I became a part of the working class. I started to notice lines and craters, as I call them. I recently read from a friend with flawless skin that she's switching from baby powder to pressed powder. Being the inggitera  that I was, I eventually tried the product that she mentioned in her blog, and that is Maybelline's smooth all-in-one face powder.
