I won't even start apologizing at how disorganized I have been these past few months. Just to be blunt and put it out there, I wanted to do something really nice on my birthday and since I don't have the budget for a fancy giveaway, I thought, why not make something out of a hobby that I really enjoy--photography! A lot of people often ask me how I curate my Instagram feed or how I edit my photos, and while I don't have a definite answer all the time, I do have one technique that I use--filters or presets! I don't really follow just one color scheme for my feed unlike the popular influencers because some of my photos just don't seem to fit the theme. And I'd rather post photos that I like rather than a useless one just so I can follow a color scheme, lol. 

Anyway, I'm celebrating my birthday tomorrow and as a sign of gratitude to everyone who has been supporting me and my little space on the internet despite the lack of updates (hehehe), I'm giving away a free Lightroom preset! I've decided to name it Saudade which means a feeling of longing, melancholy, or nostalgia--something that I always feel when my birthday is about to come up. I don't exactly know what I'm longing for but the feeling of nostalgia and warmth, it gives me a sense of comfort despite not being where I want to be at this point in my life. The preset focuses on warm orange tones and bluish shades, which is something I've been obsessed with this summer. Here are a few samples!

 The preset is best applied to well-lit photos. I recently used this on a bunch of photos I took in Boracay. I never really use just one filter but I was so in love with it I had to use it on all the photos I had. Perfect for those sunny hues, but make sure you put down the temperature and white balance down so as not to have a photo that has too much contrast.
