𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗖𝗘𝗗𝗨𝗥𝗘
- Prepare Tofu: Pat tofu dry and cut into 1-inch cubes
- Coat Tofu: Coat in egg, then all-purpose flour, then egg and finally, breadcrumbs.
- Fry Tofu: Heat oil and fry tofu until golden brown (about 3–4 minutes). Drain on paper towels.
- Make Sauce: Mix mayonnaise, liver spread, seasoning, oyster sauce, calamansi, salt and pepper and chopped onion.
Tips:
- For extra crunch, double-fry the tofu: fry once until light golden, let it cool, and fry again until crisp.
- Add a sprinkle of chili powder or nori flakes for a unique twist.
- Pair it with a refreshing drink like sago’t gulaman or calamansi juice for a full UST street food experience.
